APPOINTMENT POLICY

  • Punctuality is crucial. Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you’re running late, this will be deducted from your session time if there’s another client scheduled after you.

  • You’ll never feel rushed. Following your treatment, you’ll have ample time to gather yourself before leaving the treatment room. However, punctuality is respectfully requested to ensure all clients have a pleasant experience.

  • First-time appointments: Please arrive ten minutes earlier for your complimentary 10 minute consultation.

  • Disclosure required: Before booking any facial treatments, you MUST inform me if you’ve had facial fillers, Botox, or recent dental work.

  • Evening parking: For appointments between 4:30pm and 6:30pm, £1 parking permits are available. Please advise me in advance if you require one.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, as a small business owner, I face significant challenges when filling last-minute openings in my schedule.

  • To mitigate this, I provide a confirmation and a 48-hour reminder for all appointments. This allows ample time to cancel or reschedule as needed. Please be aware that persistent late cancellations may require a 50% deposit for future bookings. Additionally, clients with a history of not showing up for appointments will no longer be able to book services with me.

  • I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and business.
